About me

I live with family in Auroville, a place that holds an aspiration for human unity and to manifest spirit in matter in every way through the praxis of Integral Yoga.

After many years of running about trying to save the world, I'm realising that change happens quite differently from how I had imagined it, and that I can be its most effective agent only by deepening my own presence and becoming a devoted student of The Study of Miracles.

I am a student of Yoga, Music and Indic wisdom, and aspire to infuse everything I do with greater simplicity, beauty, joy and presence.

Here is a list of my current areas of exploration and work.
  • Organisational designs and processes to enable co-creation
  • Integral healing of the various koshas of the human system
  • Understanding the highly misunderstood / misinterpreted 'Indic wisdom' and the role of India in birthing the New World
  • Economic organisation that can manifest abundance
  • Co-creating spaces for dialogue towards healing the split between / integrating the East and the West, the Feminine and the Masculine, the Folk and the Classical, the Personal and the Political, the Spiritual and the Material
I feel honored to be co-stewarding ecosystems that are sincerely attempting to give voice and expression to the emerging aspirations of our race: Vikalp Sangam, Social Entrepreneurship Association (SEA) and Purnam.

I love life, music, harvesting from the wild, upcycling craft and collecting and sharing seeds.

Story telling

It is only recently that I realised that I could call myself a story-teller. I started my blog to share stories from my own and others lives as we explore, experiment, celebrate, struggle and grieve. I deeply believe that our stories don't belong to us. They merely unfold through us. We owe wisdom recognised through them back to the Collective.
